Refuse Collection

There are six disposal bins available for residents' use. They are located in enclosures throughout the development. All household trash should be placed wholly within the bin. If one bin is full, please use another one. To dispose of large items, please telephone the Management company for an extra pick-up. The disposal company does not remove items left outside of the bin. Large boxes are to be broken down. Toxic items should be disposed of safely by contacting the nearest toxic disposal site. Toxic materials should never be poured or washed down the sewers. Please do not litter.

Allied Waste empties the trash bins according to the following schedule:

Recycling

Aluminum and tin cans, all plastics, mixed paper, cardboard, glass and jars of all colors may be recycled at the Allied Waste drop-off center at 444 N. Buchanan Circle, Pacheco.  Hours are 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. weekdays; 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. on Saturday. Household batteries, fluorescent tubes, latex paint and anti-freeze may also be recycled at the Recycling & Drop-off Center.   For all other hazardous wastes, call 1-800-646-1431.
