Welcome to the Eastgate Homeowners Association. We are proud of our community and know that you will find it to be a comfortable and enjoyable place to live.
Eastgate is a Condominium Project located in Martinez, California, in Contra Costa County. The project is comprised of 108 homes.
Our community is governed by a Board of Directors who generally meet once per month and has active committees involved in the various aspects of enabling our community to function properly. Notices are posted in the newsletter and on this website noting the Board meeting date and other important information. The Annual Meeting of the members is during the month of September.
